Activating your membership access:

You may Activate your membership access online HERE. Use Promo Code SS – this will be the final step of the enrollment process. After Joining, please reply to your YMCA email confirmation and provide your 16 digit Silver Sneaker number.  Confirmation of eligibility will be performed by our Member Account Services team to complete the membership process.

You may also visit the location most convenient for assistance with activating your membership access. You will need your Silver Sneakers

Visiting the Y:

Participants will be expected to record each visit by checking in with at the front desk using your Silver Sneakers issued card to document each visit and allow us to submit for reimbursement.

Qualifying participants pay nothing for full membership access under the BCBS Fitness benefit.

Membership Details:

Membership access is available for the covered individual only and does not extend to household/family members.  Participants receive all the benefits of membership at no cost including Nationwide access to participation Y’s while you travel.

Eligibility:

Flexcard holders under:

• Blue Advantage Complete and Premier members
• C Plus members on Plans B, F and G

**Providing your 16 Digit Mastercard/Flexcard Number and Exp Date will be required at time of joining.  The YMCA generously waives the Activation Fee and subsidizes 50% of the quarterly membership dues for qualifying policyholders.  At joining, the Y will process payment of $90 (regardless of join date in the quarter). Membership and payments will experience automatic renewal of $90 per quarter under the fitness benefit.  Membership cancellations require a 30 day written notice and may be requested using THIS form.
