Adult Fitness Fundamentals
Offering a comprehensive approach to fitness, this class guides adults through the essentials of weight training, cardio, and coordination. Participants will gain confidence in foundational exercises while enhancing overall strength, stamina, and flexibility, making it ideal for all fitness levels looking to start or restart their wellness journey.
Adult Triathlon Group Swim Programs
Group Triathlon Swim Practice is designed to help triathletes of all levels improve their endurance, efficiency, and confidence in the water. Led by an experienced coach, these structured workouts focus on stroke technique, pacing, open water skills, and race-day strategies. Whether you’re training for your first sprint triathlon or aiming for a personal best, this program will help you build strength, stamina, and speed.
Stability Strong
Discover the transformative benefits of our Stability Strong class, dedicated to fortifying your balance and coordination. This comprehensive program targets core muscle groups to improve stability, refine coordination, and boost overall mobility. By participating, you’ll enhance your body’s ability to maintain equilibrium, reducing the risk of falls and injuries.
Warm Water and Weights
This aerobics program is a full body workout, focusing on full range of motion, mobility and flexibility. The water temp is set at 98 degrees, which is perfect for arthritis, joint pain, and sore muscles. With a smaller group size, you will be able to maximize your training time as well as fellowship with other members.
Women on Weights
This specialized class focuses on educating and guiding participants in harnessing the benefits of strength training, from enhancing muscle tone and bone density to improving metabolism and reducing the effects of aging. This supportive environment encourages women of all fitness levels to learn proper lifting techniques and build confidence in using weights effectively.
Open to anyone 18 and older who wants to improve their swimming abilities. Our goals are to have fun, improve swimming technique, learn new skills, get faster, and meet people who are like-minded. We welcome all ages and abilities to our program.Workouts typically range 3000-3500 yards. Workouts are flexible, often adjusting intervals, sets, and distances to accommodate the varying abilities.

The POLAR BEAR 10-Week Water Fitness Challenge is a fun, free winter fitness incentive for our lap swimmers. Every time you swim, log your yardage in the log book. Results will be posted weekly.
