Strength Training-Level 1 (Ages 9-13)
Regular participation in a youth strength-training program can offer health, fitness and performance benefits for children and young adolescents, as it offers an opportunity for all youth, regardless of their current level of activity, to improve their muscle strength, enhance their motor coordination and gain confidence in their ability to be physically active. This seven-week program will provide proper training guidelines and introduce a variety of training options to create a safe, effective, and FUN experience for children and teens. Youth Cooking Essentials (Ages 8-12)
YCE is a 7-week cooking essentials class designed to equip youth with the skills needed in everyday meal preparation. Each week there will be a focus on specific skills such as knife use, reading a recipe, and measuring of ingredients. These skills will be used each week to prepare a specific dish. Parent-Child Gymnastics (Ages walking-4)
This gymnastics class is for children walking up to age 4 accompanied and guided by a trusted adult in class. The early years are best for bonding and nurturing your child. Lego WeDo Robotics is based upon the latest science standards and was created to enhance students’ curiosity and science skills. Put On Your Armor – Dress For Success (Ages 13-17)
Middle Schoolers can relate to the concept of admiring soldiers…whether the idea comes from ancient Roman days, Medieval knights, or modern day military and police.Donning a protective uniform is something everyone can appreciate. Middle Schoolers will learn what the Armor of God is and each week explore how significant each component of it is to their everyday life. They will grow to value the importance of spiritually protecting themselves with each protective piece of equipment. This lesson will enable them to stand firm against the powers that will come against them. Participants will discuss Ephesians 6:10-20 and how this relates to their lives today. (Spring Session)

Tiny Tots Intro to T-Ball (Ages 4-6)
Tiny Tots Into to T-Ball is a non competitive program focused on fun, fitness, and fundamentals where players are first introduced to the basics of baseball and softball. This program is designed to provide a foundation and introduction into the sport. Your child will engage with other children their age and grow in cognitive skills, social skills, and develop an appreciation for the sport while having fun. Kinder DIY (Ages 3-4)
The start of preschool and kindergarten can be a scary time for children and parents. Kinder DIY will offer young children the opportunity to get acquainted with pre-k and kindergarten daily life. Tiny Tots- Intro to soccer (Ages 3-4)
Through this 7 week program, participants will learn the basics of soccer. Sessions are once a week and 45 minutes each. Participants will learn good habits such as warming up, organization, teamwork, and an appreciation for the sport. Soccer for this age should be special with an emphasis on fun. Tiny Tots will be led by a qualified instructor that has a clear understanding of the sport and has been trained in our childcare policies. Parent involvement is required for Tiny Tots 3-4 years old.
