Qualifying participants have no out of pocket for general membership access under the SilverSneakers program.

Activating your membership access:

You may Activate your membership access online HERE. Use Promo Code SS – this will be the final step of the enrollment process. After Joining, please reply to your YMCA email confirmation and provide your 16 digit Silver Sneaker number.  Confirmation of eligibility will be performed by our Member Account Services team to complete the membership process.

You may also visit the location most convenient for assistance with activating your membership access. You will need your Silver Sneakers

Visiting the Y:

Participants will be expected to record each visit by checking in with at the front desk using your Silver Sneakers issued card to document each visit and allow us to submit for reimbursement.
