Y Yoga An alternative way to improve balance & flexibility utilizing a variety of traditional yoga poses & approaches appealing to all fitness levels.
Horizontal Conditioning A core intense workout challenging your body head to toe using body weight and props for resistance resulting in a highly intense workout.
Insanity An intense interval workout involving lower body plyometrics and sweat-inducing cardio.
RIPPED® A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) experience: a non-stop, heart-pounding, workout that will leave your body drenched, your muscles fatigued.
SilverSneakers® A fitness program designed for older adults helping to manage health and improve strength, balance, and endurance - classes are between 45 and 60 minutes typically using weights, elastic bands and a small exercise ball.
Spinning® The original exhilarating cycle class where riders experience a challenging and fun workout from inspiring Certified Spinning Instructors.
TRX The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises.
Turbo Kick Combines traditional kickboxing moves with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for an unbelievable calorie burn.
BODYATTACK® The high energy fitness class with moves that cater from total beginners to total addicts and get you fit for the sport of life.
BODYFLOW® The yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. Strengthen your entire body and leave feeling calm and centered.

RPM® The indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. Burn calories and get fit fast.
Zumba® Mixes low and high intensity moves for an interval style dance fitness
party through Latin and World rhythms.
Zumba Gold® Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba®
class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.
Zumba® Kids Perfect for our younger Zumba®
fans - kids 7-11 years old get the chance
to be active and jam out to their favorite music.
Zumba® Step Perfect for those who are looking to feel the burn, baby. Looking to strengthen
and tone your legs and glutes? Step right up.
Zumba® Toning The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks or light weights.
The Intensity Scale below is provided to assist with class selection based on your current conditioning level and need. However, all classes will involve professional instruction on ways to adjust the intensity level in order to Modify or Intensify based on individual class participant needs – If Intensity is not listed in the class name, the default is Intermediate.
1 Basic Designed to instruct on the fundamentals of the class modality while also providing a complete workout
2 Intermediate Designed to provide a complete workout appropriate for all levels of conditioning
3 Challenge Designed to provide a higher intensity level workout most appropriate for those with a solid baseline of conditioning
All Y Group X Classes are offered in a duration of 15-minute increments. Some timing increments will be paired to allow two modalities in a 60-minute time frame:
(i.e Y Move45 followed by Y Core15). If the duration is not listed, the default is 60 minutes.
Many of our branches have multiple rooms/pools for our Group X Programming. Please ask for assistance from our Welcome Center or Health Coaches for directions to your desired location.
All Y Group X Instructors are certified by a certifying agency requiring continuing education and renewal requirements with a prerequisite of CPR/AED/1st Aid. Our Group X Professionals are prepared to teach, lead and deliver experiences that will keep you motivated for a healthy lifestyle.
