85% of people who try an exercise program will fail. That's where we come in. We will give you the basics to help you hit the ground running with absolute confidence, and without feeling overwhelmed.
We'll ensure you get off on the right track with the right program based on your specific goals.
All you need to do is schedule an appointment with the front desk, get set up on our MobileFiT app with one of our health coaches and begin gaining points by keeping track of your physical activity. Points can be used for prizes such as t-shirts, free personal training, among other things.
The Senior Fitness Test, therefore, was developed specifically to evaluate and monitor the physical status of older adults so that evolving weaknesses might be identified and treated before resulting in overt functional limitations.

Y Recover A restorative class designed to massage & release muscle soreness & tension using foam rollers and massaging tools.
Y Ride An exhilarating indoor cycle cardio workout inspired by outdoor cycling.
Y Silver A variety of fun & functional workouts incorporating cardio, strength, balance & flexibility for our senior populations.
Y Step An energetic, full body workout using the STEP to train agility, coordination and strength.
Y Strong A challenging total body strength training workout utilizing all forms of equipment to tone & develop all the muscles of the body.
Y Yoga An alternative way to improve balance & flexibility utilizing a variety of traditional yoga poses & approaches appealing to all fitness levels

party through Latin and World rhythms.
The Intensity Scale below is provided to assist with class selection based on your current conditioning level and need. However, all classes will involve professional instruction on ways to adjust the intensity level in order to Modify or Intensify based on individual class participant needs – If Intensity is not listed in class name, the default is Intermediate.

-Our trainers help to establish realistic and attainable goals.
-They will develop an exercise program specific to your individual needs, health status and limitations.
-Assure proper exercise technique, program design and progression to avoid common mistakes and exercise-related injuries.
-Integrate variety into your exercise program to avoid boredom and training plateaus.
-Provide positive encouragement, motivation, and accountability.
Buddy training combines the benefits of providing a workout partner who has the same goals and/or training experience, with the expertise and program design of a certified personal trainer. These sessions are offered at a reduced per-person rate.
Our policy is children age 14 and up are allowed full access into the facility without adult supervision. This includes the fitness area with the cardio equipment and weights. However, we offer a class for ages 10-13 called Fit Kids where a certified Personal Trainer will lead 4, 1 hour sessions to orient kids on the fitness equipment, gym etiquette, and the importance of progression and an organized workout. Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a name badge that identifies them and allows them to utilize the fitness equipment they have been taught how to use as long as a parent is on the premises and they are complying with all rules and regulations in the facility.

Catchy music, fast-paced moves and an Instructor with a seemingly endless amount of energy – if you’re ever in need of a pick-me-up, group training classes are your best source of motivation. Having other people exercising alongside you can also give you the boost you need to keep moving – nobody likes falling behind, right?
When you’re working out, having a consistent or well-structured plan in place is a must to see results. Combining group training sessions into your weekly workout routine will give you a structured foundation from which to build strength, lose weight or tone your body.
Just like personal training, group training sessions hold you accountable for turning up and putting 100% effort into your workout. That sense of accountability you feel is what will prevent you from falling off the wagon so to speak.
Exposure to a fun and social environment is why many people prefer group training to a lone gym session. The variety of exercises you undertake and the camaraderie between your fellow exercise participants makes group training.
Both your trainer and your fellow participants are there to support and assist you throughout your entire sweat session. This support group can be just what you need to power through your workout, push yourself a little bit further and reach your health and fitness goals.

A workout involving a series of exercises performed with minimal rest using various equipment such as TRX, rowers, rip trainers, battling ropes, surges, kettlbells and bodyweight, all while being monitored by a certified trainer and keeping you in the correct color zone.

A class designed for beginner and intermediate exercisers, Women on Weights will teach you how to use the equipment in the gym without being intimidated in a small, group setting, and have the encouragement of your peers and a certified Personal Trainer.
$150 for 10 classes (expires in 6 weeks)

If you have been diagnosed with high blood pressure, you may be eligable for our BPM program. The first 25 people to sign up will receive a free BP cuff.
Criteria is below:
-Must have been diagnosed with high blood pressure
-Must be 18 and older
-Must not have had a recent cardiac event
-Must not have atrial fibrillation or other arrhythmias
