BUCKAROOS/PATHFINDERS

Buckaroos and Pathfinders have a predetermined schedule that allows them to experience camp as a group with the same leaders each day. They participate in activities with campers their same age and get the individual attention they need. Canoeing, archery, B.B. Guns, horseback riding, swimming in the pool, playing at the waterfront, slip & slide, nature, arts & crafts, and banana boat are just a sample of the exciting activities your Buckaroo/Pathfinder will experience.

BLAZER AND RANGER ACTIVITY SIGN UP PROCESS

Each night after the evening program Blazers and Rangers sign up for the next day’s activities. Campers can choose to sign up with friends or individually. Each day they will select from water and land activities. Our caring Staff members help campers navigate through the sign-up process. On Wednesday of each session, the Activities Director takes extra time to make sure that each camper has gotten the opportunity to sign up for their desired activities.

ADVENTURE VILLAGE ACTIVITY SIGN UP PROCESS

Our oldest campers have the opportunity to sign up first for activities, assuring that their last years at camp are jam-packed with everything they love. On Sunday, Adventurers will learn about the Cosby Leadership Experience (CLE) and life skills program offered only to teen campers. They will learn which activity periods will be dedicated to this special program and what they will learn from it.

SPECIALTY CAMP (for Campers in Rising 4th – 10th grade)

Campers who are in rising 4th – 10th grades may enhance their stay by registering for a Specialty Camp. Specialty Camp options are Mini Bikes, Wakeboard/Wake Surf/Waterski, and Wrangler. Specialty Camp campers are bunked with campers in their age/gender group and participate in all regular camp activities with a special emphasis on their chosen specialty. Half of their activity periods for the week will be reserved for their chosen Specialty Camp. For an additional fee, this is a great way to focus on skill development in some of Cosby’s favorite programs.
