Weight Room Mania now on Sundays at 3PM. 

Ever wonder how to use everything in the weight room?  This class begins in the aerobics room with some light cardio.  You then move to the weight room for the rest of the class.  This is a great way to gain some knowledge of the weight room as a group.

Do you want one on one training in yoga and pilates? Now you CAN!!  We are now offering personal training sessions with a certified yoga and pilates instructor.  You can also do a group session with 2 to 5 people. Please contact Shon Ewens to get set up with your first session!  sewens@ymcabham.org
