Daily Activities
Children eat snack upon arrival to the YMCA. We then break up into groups according to grade and gender. Groups are assinged to locations where they play various group games, sports, do arts and crafts, and play video games. Children also learn what we call the 40 developemental assets. These will help the children grow into outstanding young adults. Caring, responsibility, honesty, and self-esteem are just a few of these core values that we find essential for each child to learn.
The children go swimming every Wednesday and Friday. Children need to pack their swimsuit and towel on those days.
We offer a homework room for those who are in need. This is a good way for your child to get a head start on their homework.
We also offer childcare on the days that the children are out of school such as the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break holidays. We offer a wide variety of activities on these days and also take various field trips.

After School Care for 2010-2011
Registration for the 2010-2011 school year will begin on Wednesday July 7th!
Hours of Operation: Children must be picked up by 6:00 p.m
Fees:
YMCA Members - $40 week
Non Members - $50 week
Registration Fees:
YMCA Members - $25/family
Non Members - $35/family
All fees will be drafted this year, so please make sure you fill out draft information. You can choose to have payments drafted weekly or monthly.
Serving the following schools: Chalkville Elementary, Clay Elementary, Paine Primary, Paine Intermediate, Hewitt Middle, andClay Chalkville Middle, Springville schools, and Pinson schools.
*schools must have at least 10-14 participants to service that school.

4 HOURS: $400.00
51-75 PEOPLE:
2 HOURS: $250.00
4 HOURS: $450.00
76-100 PEOPLE:
2 HOURS: $300.00
4 HOURS: $500.00
* Each party includes: three 2 liter drinks, cups, plates, napkins, forks and ice.
*A $50.00 Deposit is required on all parties.
*$75.00 for each additional hour.
