I'm Gary Smiley. I've been in the fitness industry since 2002, serving in various roles, including fitness staff, group exercise instructor, and personal trainer. I enjoy personal training, because I love seeing people take care of their bodies. After all, we can replace houses and cars, but we only have one body!
I believe that goal setting is important for success. Goals should be SMART -- S - specific, M - measurable, A - attainable, R - relevant, T - time-bound (in other words, we should have target dates).
Remember: You can do it!
