BodyJam

Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend, get front and center and get high on the feeling of dance.
BodyStep:
BODYSTEP? is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. BodyFlow
BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Spinning:
There's a reason you loved to ride your bike as a kid. Experience the same exhilaration you felt back then and get the health and fitness benefits you need now that you're all grown up. Ready to ride? Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle and a sense of adventure are all you need to get started. Level: All levels
Step and Sculpt:
A combination of a Step Aerobic workout followed by strength training exercises. Level: All levels
Step:
A cardiovascular exercise class exectued on a 4" bench (additional risers under the bench are optional). Choreography and Step patterns will vary from class to class. Level: All levels
Sculpt and Stretch:
A 45 minute sculpting class which tones the body by using various types of equipment followed by a full 15 minutes of stretching. Level: All levels
Prime Time:
A combination of both lo-impact aerobic training as well as body sculpting exercises. Level: Beginner - Intermediate
Aerobic Dance:
A cardiovascular class focusing on aerobic conditioning by using a more traditional, dance-based workout. Level: All levels
Yoga:
Yoga builds a better spirit, mind and body for all. Through the ancient art of Yoga you can improve muscle tone, increase flexibility, and reduce daily stress. Level: All levels
Knockout Workout:
A high energy boxing-style aerobic traning class including both cardivascular and muscular activities. Come punch, kick and MOVE while you relieve stress and get a great interval workout. Level: All levels
Pilates:
A new, innovative flexibility and strength class.
