Pilates Reformer
Kinesis
Kinesis liberates the exercise regime from the constraints of the cable-and-pulley machine. Four panels of grips, cables, and weight stacks allow for 360 degree, three-dimensional, resistance-based, multiplane motion. The Kinesis design was to accommodate multi-plane movement patterns without compromising the resistance load. This new innovative program will introduce a new way to exercise in gravity with resistance, exalting balance, and flexibility within a movement progression system. It can also enhance the movements of classic forms of exercise such as Pilates and Yoga and can assist in sports training and rehabilitation therapy.

EatFit Nutrition & Fitness for Kids
EatFit is designed to help children and teens at risk for overweight learn to make healthy eating choices, make activity a daily part of their lives, and teaches kids how to fuel their bodies for optimal health and weight management. EatFit teaches kids and their families how to fuel their bodies for optimal health, and combined with fun, vigorous play and exercise, kids learn exciting ways to play their way to a healthier life.

•Fee: $350 for YMCA members, $400 for non-members. Includes an 8-week Y membership for non-members.
