All Sports Training & Conditioning
To give the athlete a competitive edge by enhancing speed, agility, & balance through the use of ply metric exercises as well as other training techniques.
Led by: Certified Personal Trainer Romeo Penn
Components: Explosive Speed & Quickness Exercises-Dynamic Agility & Balance movements:Ply metric Exercises (Explosive Exercises - ex. box jumps)-Core Strengthening & Trunk Rotation Exercises-Proper Back conditioning exercises
Training techniques will enhance athletes muscular development and enable more efficient and effective muscle recruitment in any sport.

Fit Kids Club
Strength training, safely conducted, can offer many benefits to the younger trainee. Sessions are properly supervised and the training context is non-competitive. Benefits include:
