TV Personal Training

Personal Trainingis an exciting fitness service offered by the Y. Our programs are created to meet your specific health and fitness needs, while reaching your exercise goals.  All Y Personal Trainers are nationally certified, and qualified to train clients at any fitness level.  Anyone can benefit from the support, motivation , and expertise of a personal trainer at the Y.  Check out the information below and improve your mind, body, and spirit with the Personal Training package that is right for you!

One on One Personal Training

Personal training will benefit members of all fitness levels.  Whether you need to get your program started, or take your fitness to the next level, our experienced certified Personal Trainers will assist you in developing a fitness program to match your goals, and help you to remain motivated and accountable while achieving them. Each session is 60 minutes.

60 minute session package options

  • 1-5 sessions $54 per session
  • 5 sessions $270
  • 10 sessions $490
  • 15 sessions $705

30 minute Personal Training

The 30 minute one-on-one sessions are designed for clients who are short on time, but need efficient and effective workouts with litmites instructional guidance

Buddy Personal Training

Buddy training combines the benefits of providing a workout partner who has the same goals and/ or training expertise and program design of a certified Personal Trainer.  These sessions are offered at a reduced per-person rate, and at your request we can match you with a compatible client with whom to share your session time.

Buddy Packages

  • 1-5 sessions $35 per session per person
    5 sessions $175 per person
  • 10 sessions $325 per person
  • 15 sessions $457.50 per person

Group Personal Training

Group Personal Training is suitable for individuals who are seeking trainer designed, efficient workouts, and who welcome the motivation and accountability that a group provides.  This style of training requires participants to be familiar with cardiovascular and strength trainging prior to beginning sessions, as one on one attention is not always available throughout the entire hour.  Participants must commit to attending all sessions as agreed upon by the trainer and participating clients.  Group Personal Training varies, for more information contact Jerry at 205.655.2224 or JWang@ymcabham.org
