Fitness Center Information
Toward the end of this month all fitness and cardio equipment will be relocated to the upstairs gymnasium. While upstairs we will not have the usual access to our Fitlinxx equipment. All members interested in creating a personalized workout card should call 870-9622 and ask to schedule an appointment for a free Health Coach orientation. This orientation will cover all equipment settings and weights used on each piece.
