PH Girls Volleyball

Girls Volleyball is one of the fastest growing youth sport at the Pelham YMCA and a great place to teach the game to first-time players and sharpen 'return- players' skills. Our leagues are offered both in the spring and fall of each year and run for (8) weeks.

Teams are divided by grades: 4-5th, 6-7th, 8-9th, and 10-12th grade and will practice one weekday evening for (60 minutes). Game day is Thursday and play best of (3) games for a match win. Teams fill up fast and rosters are limited to encourage skill development. All players get equal minutes by sequential rotation. Coaches are volunteers and are prepared with a comprehensive e-learning training course.
