Registration
- Starts February 1st for members and *February 15th for non-members*
- Be prepared to pay a deposit of $15 per week of Classic Camp and $50 per week of Sports/Specialty Camp you sign your child up for at the time of registration.
You can register 3 ways:
1. Register online (preferred method) by clicking here - Please note that parents will still be required to complete all hard copy paperwork when registering online. Click here to print off required paperwork. Paperwork is due within one week of online registration. You can drop it by the Hoover YMCA or mail it to Kara Werner at the Hoover Family YMCA 2250 John Hawkins Parkway, Hoover, AL 35244.
2. Walk-in registration - You may register for summer camp at the Hoover YMCA service desk anytime during regular operating hours. Please be prepared to spend up to 45 minutes to an hour to complete registration at the member services desk.
3. Registration by appointment - You may contact the Childcare Director, Kara Werner, at kwerner@ymcabham.org to set up an appointment to be registered between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday.
What do I need to bring when I register?
- Completed Camper Registration Packet
- Copy of up-to-date immunization records (no originals, please)
- An updated photo of your child
- Draft information (voided check or credit card you'd like to use) or payment in full
- Form of payment for registration fees and deposits
