Foster a love for the sport, teach the fundamental skills to be successful and promote a healthy mind, body and spirit to make it relevant.
Our program combines highly skilled staff coaches with volunteer coaches to ensure proper fundamental skill development. The program includes weekly skills/conditioning led by staff skills coaches, weekly practices led by volunteer coaches and individual/team instruction as needed. Each sport follows a progressive age related curriculum designed by the coaching staff.
Coaching Staff
Staff coaches have either collegiate playing or coaching experience- some have played professionally. Coaches design and follow a progressive age specific curriculum to ensure athletes and volunteer coaches learn the fundamental skills of their sport. The also serve as mentors for athletes who aspire to collegiate or professional play, they've been there- done that. Staff coaches will work together with volunteer coaches to demonstrate proper instruction and a progressive approach through weekly skills and conditioning sessions. Private instruction is also available for players and teams to correct or develop specific skills.
