Adult and Youth classes
Small groups offer more individual attention than large group classes and are more affordable than one-on-one training. New and exciting classes are being added monthly to give you the variety you need to avoid boredom and plateaus. All classes are lead by certified personal trainers and specific skills coaches. Cost: $20 per class or $150 for 10 sessions
Bootcamp
no excuses, just hard work to transform your body! This class is for those serious about working hard and smart to get the fast results. Class may be indoors or outdoors depending on weather and instructor.
Women's Total Body
Class focusing on developing long and lean muscle, burning calories and strengthening the stomach and low back muscles.
Senior Strength & Balance
Class focusing on maintaining good strength, balance and preventing injury. This class will help familiarize participants with proper use of the machines, stretching techniques and balance training to prevent falls.

New! Off Season Athletic Training
Summer is a time to get stronger, improve
foot speed and endurance. Groups are forming now, daytime, evening and weekend-
athletes will be grouped according to age. Instructors will be certified
personal trainers and skills coaches. Classes may include indoor and outdoor
training.
Kids Fit Club, ages 11-13yrs
Class focusing on proper form and technique with using the fitness equipment, stretching and healthy eating habits. Upon completing the classes the participant can earn a 'Pass to the fitness floor' allowing them to use the equipment they've been tested on. Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5:30pm
NEW! Kids Fit Club UPDATE CLASS, FREE update class for KFC graduates! Come to our new monthly update class where you can learn new equipment and increase your privileges- only for graduates if KFC. Thursday, May 10th at 4:30pm. Space is limited, email Kelly Kidd to reserve a spot.
TEEN Strength, 13yrs+
Class focusing on building strength, learning proper lifting techniques, muscle group rotation and stretching. Ages 14+ can use the fitness floor without the evaluation. Upon completing the classes the participant can earn a 'Pass to the
fitness floor' allowing them to use the equipment they've been tested
on. Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6:30pm
Adult/Child Team, 8-10yrs
Class focusing on body weight exercises, light free weights and cardio. This class is meant to instruct the parent/guardian to properly supervise the child on the fitness floor. Parent/guardian and child must complete all the classes together. Upon completing the classes the participant can earn a 'Pass to the
fitness floor' allowing them to use the equipment they've been tested
on. Tuesday and Thursday 6:00pm.
