KICKBOXING
Class is a fun and exciting way to get into shape with the added benefit of self defense. This is a genuine martial arts class based upon striking and defensive techniques gathered from a wide variety of styles. Focus on flexibility, coordination, discipline, and other great fitness attributes, mental and physical. No uniforms, belts, or previous experience required.

Ages 7-11 years: Monday at 6:30pm
- Learn self-control, discipline, focus, and respect
- Proper body structure and coordination
- Fundamentals of striking: kicking, punching, blocking, etc.
Ages 12-14 years: class scheduled on demand
- Learn responsibility, respect, and critical thinking skills to aid them in life as they mature into adults
- Correct posture, movement, and increased agility and skill in movement.
- Self defense and striking techniques
Ages 15+ adults: class scheduled on demand
- Gain confidence, focus, and stress-relief
- Stronger joints, cardiovascular improvement, flexibility, lower blood pressure, and weight loss
- Practical self defense techniques and principles: all ranges of defense
