Health Coaching is about bridging the gap between where you are, and where you want to be. It’s where science meets psychology… or as we like to say, it's where we “train the mind and the body will follow.” Through a brief assessment, our trained health coaches help you evaluate your current health behaviors, identify behaviors you want to improve, set realistic goals and then show you how to measure your progress. Health Coaching begins with a goal setting session where you lay out your plan. Then your health coach will touch base with you periodically to assess your progress and keep you motivated.
