Specialized Program for Teens
Introduction to Weight Training
This three-hour course will introduce the young athlete to
proper weight training in a gym environment. Featuring work with dumb bells,
machines and cables, the athlete will learn proper safety, form, technique,
pace, breathing and variety of work, all designed to build strength and muscle.
The athlete will also learn proper bodyweight exercises that work on strength
and flexibility.
The instructor, Scott “Old Navy” Hults, is the Fitness
Director at the Greystone Branch. He is also a Master Professional Bodybuilder
who has competed more than 30 times throughout the U.S. and Canada. He holds
Pro Cards in four different “natural–no steroids” organizations and has won
more than 50 amateur and professional contests.
After the three hours training with Scott, your young
athlete will know how to maximize the benefit of every rep performed.
Three 60-minute private sessions, 10 - 16 years

Fit Kids Club
Strength training, safely conducted, can offer many benefits to the younger
trainee. Sessions are properly supervised and the training context is
non-competitive.
