GS Family Time

Together or apart...

If you want to spend time together

  1. Reserve a racquetball court and play racquetball or handball. (Contact the front desk to reserve)
  2. Reserve a tennis court for a family tennis game. (Contact the front desk to reserve; requires tennis membership)
  3. Check for open swim times and swim together, play games or just enjoy the heated saltwater pool.
  4. Enjoy the track, walk or run together. Think about ways to make it fun by adding activities in the corners like jumping jacks, squats and sit ups (8yrs-13yrs old must have a track pass from the front desk if not accompanied by a parent)
  5. Group exercise classes are a fun way to exercise together. The summer group exercise schedule offers a wide variety of family friendly classes. (must be 14yrs or older to go alone, 12yrs and up accompanied by a parent)
  6. Open Gym Times are great to play games like tag, red rover, shoot some hoops, hoola hoop or design your own obstacle course.
  7. Visit the Health Family Home website and take a quiz on healthy your family really is. Also find great tools, recipes and ideas for being active together.

Or, if you need a break

  1. Enroll the kids in swim lessons, tennis lessons or Kids Fit Club while you workout, sit in the whirlpool or take a group Yoga class.
  2. Use our Parents Night Out service. We feed the kids, play games, watch movies and do our best wear them out while you have a night off.
  3. Make a reservation for our Drop and Go service to run errands, go to appointments or just have a nice lunch.
  4. Use our Summer Camp or Kids Fun Days when the kids are out of school.
  5. Register the kids for Swim Team and enjoy some free time while they practice.
