New! Fitness Punch Card


Purchase a 10 session punch card and have access to over 13 small group classes. With a maximum of 6 people in each class, small groups offer more individual attention than large group classes and are more affordable than one-on-one training. For $150 get 10 sessions you can use over 12 weeks. Classes include Fitness 101, Fitness 102, Athletic Conditioning, Women on Weights, Walking group and Pilates Reformer 101. The schedule gives you the flexibility to try new classes, new instructors and a variety of class times. New and exciting classes are being added monthly to give you the variety you need to keep your body changing. Y-Active Weight Loss

Weight loss program  featuring week meetings where you receive a private weigh-in, customized nutritional and physical activity assessments, easy to apply diets and loads of fun physical activities. 

Nutrition

Registered and Licensed Dietitian, Suzanne Pirkle, works with you one-on-one to assess your diet and wellness needs and then helps you apply this knowledge to set healthy lifestyle goals.

Fitlinxx

A free service of the Greystone Branch.  A personal trainer will set you up on 13 computer-based workout stations that will provide you with a full-body workout done at your own pace with your own weight and machine settings.
